"Over a month ago we bought a 2023 Pathfinder from Suttonselling with the help of Phil.

He made the whole experience enjoyable and ensured we got the best car to suit our needs.

He called me in advance of our appointment to get some details so that he could not only get prepared with ideas of what to show us, but also to start the paperwork as he knew we had little kids and couldn’t sit around for Hours. Phil really knew his product and if we had a question he didn’t know the answer to, he was quick to get it. We asked to see various models to compare features and review cost differences, plus wanted to compare other makes we had previously been interested in before we went in to see the Nissan and he was more than willing to help us do so.

The part that I appreciate the most is that Phil says “you have me for life”, which means if I have any questions or concerns, even a month after buying, he’s still there to help me through. Since the pathfinder is so new and has lots of tech features, I was definitely overwhelmed when I first took it home but he followed up the next day to see how my first commute was and has followed up another few times since.

Overall, my experience with Phil was stellar. He keeps it fun and light, fully committed to finding the best car for us. No icky salesman vibe, he just genuinely enjoys cars and his job!"
